As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the company's receivables, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and maintaining positive client relationships. Responsibilities

• Invoicing: Creating and sending invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner

• Payment collections: Processing and monitoring incoming payments, and following up with customers to collect outstanding payments. Will be B2B collections

• Cash application: Ensuring that all customer payments are accounted for correctly in the company's books

• Deductions: Processing credit memos and refunds

• Various Admin duties as needed
