Due to an upcoming retirement, we are seeking a Chief Financial Officer for the corporation with financial oversight for multiple, distinctly different divisions. Reporting to the President and CEO, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is the principal financial officer of the company. The CFO ensures the financial viability and strength of the organization and that its financial strategy is in alignment with the company vision, mission, values, and objectives. The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the organization\'s accounting and financial operations. Additionally, the CFO will serve as a business partner and advisor to the President and participate as a key member of the Leadership Team. The CFO will play a key role in building and nurturing a collaborative team environment and providing financial leadership and transparency to strengthen the performance of all key leaders, managers, and departments. This position will office full-time (Monday - Friday) from our Corporate headquarters in Appleton, WI. Relocation assistance will be considered for qualified candidates. Lead data driven decision making, pulling insights from a variety of sources to support decisions and to align others with the organization\'s overall strategy. Instill confidence through leadership of the organization in crisis management situations with composure and resilience in times of pressure and uncertainty.
