• We are hiring immediately for a full time FIELD SUPPORT ASSOCIATE position.

• Location: Canteen Vending - 4100 W. Wisconsin Avenue, Appleton, WI 54913 Note: online applications accepted only.

• Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm or 8:00am - 4:00pm. More details upon interview.

• Requirement: Previous inventory experience is preferred.

• Pay Range: $18.00 to $19.00

Job Summary

Job Summary

This position will be assisting both operations and finance on the vending side of the business in the sense that you will be responsible for:

• Setting up new customer accounts in our billing system.

• Assisting customers with questions about their invoices or deliveries and working with operations on how to address the issues.

• Making sure credit cards on file get charged on a regular basis, which helps the finance collections team.

• Making sure that invoices are reviewed daily and sent out on a regular basis either by email or physical copies, which helps the finance collections team.

• Keeping system up to date when it comes to equipment which affects rental billing.

• Assist operations in placing fresh food orders for vending clients.

• Manually key orders when necessary.

• Complete price book increases that happen 1-2x a year.

• Assist in other ad hoc duties that arise.

• Must be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, take initiative, problem solve, and be able to communicate with clients both on the phone and through email.
