JOB REQUIREMENTS: Fulfillment Coordinator 2nd Shift - 9222 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Starting Rate: \$22.05/hour plus \$1/hour 2nd shift differential Additional Incentive: * Cross Training Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 2nd shift Evenings 3pm-11pm, overtime as needed Location: N9234 Lake Park Road, Appleton WI 54915 As our Fulfillment Coordinator, you will: * Lead and coordinator the activities of employees and temps within the Fulfillment Department. Assigning tasks to employees and redirecting as needed * Train new employees & temps to required job tasks. Check on performance and quality, coach and retrain in areas of job performance and accuracy as needed. * M onitoring the work flows and line management * Providing verbal and written communication with the facility departments and shift to ensure the team is working together to meet operational goals * Ensuring workload and needs of customers are met daily * Identifying and eliminating safety concerns * Overseeing quality measures.
