We have a very competitive starting payplus a shift differential when applicable. If you are looking to start a new career with a stable company that grows its leaders from within, then INX International is the right place for you.The person in this role will tend mills in a safe and efficient manner to grind the raw materials for manufacturing of high-quality printing ink by performing any or all of these duties as directed.As an Ink Maker/Ink Tech you will be responsible for: Following batch instructions to weight batches,charge and mix inks Understanding proper mixing procedures and raw materials Monitoring temperature and mix speeds and adjust as needed Following procedures for milling inks, adjusting pump speeds and mill rates Following procedures to filter, package and label inks MakingQC adjustments as instructed Weighting quantities of raw materials for use in manufacturing of high quality printing ink Operatingone or more mixers in a safe and efficient manner to mix raw materials for manufacturing of high quality printing ink Packaging finished product Operating a forkliftQualifications To perform your job as expected, you will be required to: Have a high school diploma or G.E.D. Be ableto lift up to 55lbs. Have basic math, communications and mechanical logic skills In addition to these qualifications, we will consider ita plus if you have: Previous manufacturing experience of at least 6 months Forklift experience The ability to work overtime and/orweekendsAdditional Information Pay: The starting rate for this position is \$22.00 per hour. Hours: This is a 2nd shift position, between the hours of 3pm-11pm Monday through Friday.
