Boston Scientific Senior Corporate Accounts Marketing Manager in Arden Hills, Minnesota

About the role: The Senior Corporate Accounts Marketing Manager is responsible for providing marketing leadership to Boston Scientific's most important customers, including large health systems.The marketer will partner closely with BSC Divisional Marketing, Health Economics & Reimbursement, and Corporate Marketing to differentiate Boston Scientific.The individual will work very closely with a strong and experienced sales channel to drive key marketing initiatives including: customer engagement, economic messaging, new product commercialization strategies, and multichannel plans. This is a hybrid work mode based out of our Arden Hills, MN facility with the expectation of being on-site 2-3 days per week. Your responsibilities will include: Build and execute commercialization plans for new product launches in strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and goals. Lead and implement marketing strategies and economic value messaging for the administrative customer, including cardiovascular service line administrators and supply chain. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive creative and innovative strategies and programs within strategic accounts focused on differentiating Boston Scientific. Serve as the functional expert on divisional value initiatives and collaborate on their inclusion into the broader corporate offering. Build multichannel plans to engage the administrative customer through the following channels web, email, social, field, and advisory boards. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree and at least 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, consulting, or other relevant experience. 3+ years of medical device marketing experience. Must have strong customer engagement skills to interact and create customer messaging for cross divisional colleagues, internal stakeholders, and external customers. Experience working downstream with a large device sales force Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experience leading the creation of marketing tools that differentiate beyond features and benefits. Excellent project management/execution and organizational skills. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Up to20% domestic travel. Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree (Masters, MBA). Experience with economic value messaging. Proven ability to work well with senior leadership and influence without authority. Innovative and can respectfully challenge the status quo. Highly motivated with an action-oriented mindset and the ability to engage and influence cross-functional colleagues.
