Managing Online product inventory by creating batches in Canopy or current ERP system for products to transfer over, create new online products on website, update inventory counts in both systems, create weekly Canopy orders for online sales and ensure pricing is correct.
Main customer service contact for all online sales as well as employee sales and local area donation/sales orders from businesses. This will include both written and verbal communication as well as troubleshooting any problems that may arise.
Help in managing supplies. This includes both e-commerce materials like coolers, branded bags, etc. as well as point of sale materials for our outside sale team such as brochures, hats, case dividers, etc.
Updating website graphics and product images/descriptions for new products/promotional specials.
Managing Shopify Website theme including any maintenance and updates as we continue to evolve and change over time.
Facilitating Trade Show Support as needed from our outside sales team. This is normally handled through point of sale requests and ensuring they have all materials needed for upcoming shows.
