Job Description Summary

The Finance Project Manager – Order to Cash is responsible for driving free cash flow results and improving the cash conversion cycle via operational excellence and process improvements for USCAN Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx). The role will work in close partnership with Central and Local teams including Global Cash, Treasury, FP&A, Commercial as well as external stakeholders such as BPO Partners and Customers to find solutions and drive sustainable cash performance.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare cashflow budget and forecast linked to business dynamics and partner with operating teams to achieve monthly targets as well as prepare variance commentary to budget and forecast.

  • Lead transformation initiatives on working capital leveraging lean principles to improve free cash flow generation.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve cash conversion cycle by focusing on inventory, accounts receivables and account payables.

  • Manage relationship with external BPO partners and collaborate with teams to achieve targets and finding solutions for sustainable cash performance.

  • Implement automation for tracking, trending, and reporting KPIs as well as perform scenario analysis on cash flow.

  • Develop and maintain financial models utilized to forecast and report statement of cash flows.

  • Develop customer centric processes for Billings and Collections incorporating both upstream and downstream requirements.

  • Support IT initiatives and roll out of new systems for cash management aligned with strategic priorities of the organization.

  • Use and present clear rationale to enable decisions and handle complex tasks or problems that impact the function; possessing ability to assess quality of information received and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders and able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with 10+ years of relevant finance experience

Desired Characteristics

  • Prior Healthcare, Medical Device manufacturing experience

  • Experience and comfort in a matrix environment

  • Established project management skills: ability to document, plan, market, and execute

  • Competency in data analysis, building excel reports and presentations

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $130,560.00-$195,840.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
