Grinder Responsibilities:\ - Set up and operate CNC and/or manual ID grinding machines to produce precision components according to drawings and specifications\ - Monitor machine operation to ensure quality standards are met and make necessary adjustments as needed\ - Inspect finished products for accuracy, conformance to specifications, and overall quality\ - Communicate with the leads and quality control teams to resolve any issues related to production or product quality
