Robert Half is actively seeking a proficiency-driven, detail-orientated candidate for a rewarding Government Contract Manager role. This role provides a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) based contracts, primarily with the Department of Defense and our proud Navy. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of government contract management, from preparation and negotiation to execution and closure.

• Ensure absolute compliance with COPA/DFAR/FAR and other relevant government regulations.

• Actively work with our Director of Contracts in crafting negotiation strategies, evaluation of contract necessities, and achieving congruence with finalized agreements.

• Rooted participation in drafting and finalizing contracts, guaranteeing the highest level of compliance and efficient execution.

• Contribute to the comprehensive contract pricing strategy and ensure its consistent application across all contracts.

• Deliver top-tier customer service by foreseeing and mitigating issues and meeting all stakeholder needs.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or relative discipline.

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Federal Government Contract Management, particularly in the aspects of contract drafting, pricing, negotiation, and compliance.

• Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification is a plus.

• Expertise in DoD and Navy contracts would be highly beneficial.

• Proven ability to adapt and evolve based on project requirements fostering superior project management skills.

• Stellar communication capabilities, analytical acumen and a keen eye for detail.
