Job Title: Air Force/Marine Corps Program Services Specialist

Job Description

The Program Services Specialist is responsible for processing child care fee assistance and maintaining relationships with military personnel, family members, and child care providers. Key responsibilities include processing all child care fee assistance applications within mandated timeframes, entering client information into an automated database, determining applicant eligibility, assisting in child care options selection, preparing and distributing program information, providing exemplary customer service, and participating in team-oriented projects to support organizational goals.

Hard Skills

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully remote position.

Work Environment

The work schedule is 10-7 M-F with initial training over two weeks from 10:00am-4pm, Tuesday-Thursday in the office. Equipment is provided, and candidates must reside in DC, MD, or VA. The position is a surge support role ending in September, with potential for extension based on business needs
