We are looking for a Results-driven ProgramManagerwith a proven track record in overseeing the planning, approval, and successful implementation of specific tasks integral to contractual obligations. Proficient in defining and articulating the scale, cost, and timetable of projects, issuing contracts for service performance, and serving as the primary point of contact for contract assignments. Adept at ensuring timely, sequential, and budget-compliant task completion under the terms of contractual agreements. Skilled in conducting thorough task analyses to assess impact and associated risks, with a focus on optimizing project protocols and procedures to enhance quality and reduce costs. Experienced in drafting and reviewing technical documents, along with preparing comprehensive monthly status reports. Demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder engagement, including effective communication with government personnel. Proven expertise in procurement, including the acquisition of materials and labor to fulfill contractual agreements. Effectively manages the activities of contractor personnel and subcontractors to drive project success.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the planning, approval, and implementation of specific tasks that are part of a contract.
  • Defines and explains the scale, cost, and timetable of a project and issues contracts for the performance of services.
  • Acts as the point of contact for the implementation of contract assignments.
  • Confirms that the tasks are completed on time, in sequence, within budget, and under the terms of a contractual agreement.
  • Performs a task analysis to understand the impact and risks associated with project tasks.
  • Evaluates project protocols and procedures to reduce costs and improve the quality of executed assignments.
  • Writes and reviews technical documents and prepares monthly status reports.
  • Meets and communicates with project stakeholders, including government personnel. Procures materials and labor to complete contract agreements.
  • Manages the activities of contractor personnel and subcontractors.

Required Qualifications:

  • ActiveTS/SCIClearanceis required.
  • Mastersdegree.
  • 10+ years ofexperiencein Program Management.
  • Experienceworking in the DoD/Intelligence Community.
  • Experiencewith managing large multi-task contracts in scope and complexity.
  • Experiencein a leadership role working with senior management to find solutions for customers and leading teams.
  • PMP Certified.
  • Expe iencewith applying project management concepts and principles in a professional environment.
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills.
