Amazon Business (AB) is seeking an experienced Website Operations Sr Program Manager to join the fast-growing AB Martech & Operations Team. As a Website Operations Senior Program Manager on our team, you will be responsible for owning and overseeing Amazon Business’s website operations world-wide (10+ web properties World Wide). This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end operational strategy, roadmap, implementation plans, administration, training and best practices, security and performance, and supporting marquee campaigns and testing. You will serve as a key owner in identifying and validating user requirements, organizing and aligning global teams to a common roadmap and deliver best-in-class processes and capabilities.

Key job responsibilities

• Work at both the strategic and tactical level to champion bold, innovative web production tools and processes.

• Drive efforts to integrate 3rd party and internal tools with our central web platform stack from evaluation to implementation.

• Gather detailed business requirements in collaboration with global stakeholders (marketing, sales, tech teams, etc.) and drive the roadmap for website operations.

• Act as the technical interface between the business, SalesOps, software development, BI, and data warehouse teams for advertising technology / web production.

• Run in front of the technical team(s), helping define user stories, research appropriate technical solutions, and provide guidance to the team regarding architecture, design, and priorities.

• Translate feature requests into technical specifications and influence design and architectural decisions.

• Engage with many teams across the company, evangelizing the team and your projects

• Provide leadership and perspective, and drive stakeholders to make decisions in ambiguous situations.

• Apply continuous improvement methodologies to analyze and understand existing processes and workflows.

• Leverage automation to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.

• Manage multiple projects gracefully and balance contending priorities in a rapidly changing

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
