Sonalysts, Inc., an employee-owned, high-technology service company, is currently seeking a former active-duty submarine officer for our Crystal City office. Work will involve threat based analysis and program support for the Submarine Security program or other U.S. Navy programs.

  Required Qualifications:

• Former active duty commissioned naval officer qualified in submarines

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, eligible to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret/SCI level security clearance*

  Preferred candidates will possess the following:

• Deployed experience as Officer of the Deck

• Possessing a currently active U.S. DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance*

• Recent active duty experience

• Advanced education or training in Operations Research or applied mathematics

• Strong credentials in submarine sonar, fire control, imaging and/or electronic warfare

• Experience in a training command and/or responsibility for tactical training

  *Obtaining a U.S. Government security clearance involves a comprehensive background check. Candidates are eligible for a clearance if they have demonstrated sound financial management (including good credit) over time, are free of criminal records, have limited foreign contacts or ties, and other factors indicative of a position of trust to protect information sensitive to the U.S. Government.
