Maintenance Technician

Arlington, WA

2nd shift 2:30 PM-11 PM

$30-$40/ HR

Job Description

This position reports directly to the Maintenance Manager. You are responsible for maintaining the equipment in the facility, including the production floor, warehouse, and office area. Responsibilities include replacing filters on HVAC equipment, providing minor repairs on forklifts, scissor lifts, and electric pallet trucks, and being available to work some weekends. You will perform a variety of medium to high-skilled maintenance tasks.

Hard Skills

• Troubleshooting equipment

• Routine lubrication of equipment

• Ordering maintenance supplies/parts

• Following preventative maintenance programs

• Assisting with equipment installations

• Operation of forklift (experience and/or forklift operator certificate)

• Working with some PLC Controls

• MIG/TIG/ARC welding and fabrication

• Repairing building damages (walls, floors, etc.)

Soft Skills

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe maintenance shop and facility

• Assuring food safety and regulatory requirements

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Arlington, Washington.
