Global Leader Management Development, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY (Up to 20% telecommuting permitted): Define and oversee the strategy for the Management Development Segment. Provide key management training to all managers on an enterprise level. Ensure the company’s management population is trained properly to drive better business results through their leadership. Oversee delivery of courses to ensure effective and timely execution of segment and projected goals. Manage the Management Development (MD) portfolio globally. Create innovative, comprehensive education experiences to offer a robust leadership journey from aspiring leaders to experienced managers, ensuring the most current topics are present in the portfolio programs. Collaborate with partner organizations to ensure a holistic and data driven perspective and approach to developing managers. Oversee the design of leadership interventions, introduce new and innovative ideas to drive business value and growth. Lead and co-create global strategic HR initiatives that will serve managers. Collaborate with the Executive Succession & Development (ES&D) and Inclusion organizations on talent identification and development planning, contributing to the execution of our holistic leadership development process. Utilize Management and Leadership Development Consulting, Agile Methodology, Design Thinking, Learning Design and Delivery (Instructional Design, Facilitation, Adult Learning, Speaker), Data analysis and strategic planning/execution. Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Organizational Development, Human Resource Management, Psychology or related and two (2) years of experience as a Leadership Development Consultant, Management & Leadership Development Facilitator or related. Two (2) years of experience must include utilizing Management and Leadership Development Consulting, Agile Methodology, Design Thinking, Learning Design and Delivery (Instructional Design, Facilitation, Adult Learning, Speaker), Data analysis and strategic planning/execution. $157,657.56 to $226,900.00 per year.
