Position Summary

In this role you will support and contribute to ensure the best in class B2B After Sales service.

You’ll be able to put in place outstanding service solutions and to boost quality for our customers by creating valuable processes. You will be in direct contact with service partners and internal stakeholders, leading projects in order to improve after sales service and customer experience.

A day in the life of Logistic Specialist

  • Establish inventory management process to provide a holistic view of targets (trade assets and spare parts)

  • Effectively apply changes to Service Partner warehouses processes and design in order to achieve improvements in operational performance

  • Manage a tactical continuous improvement plan to deliver operational savings without compromising on quality

  • Having a front-end contact with key stakeholders: find proactive solutions to logistic issues and be a trustful and insightful partner for Sales in order to reach a common goal

  • Manage corporate assets according to corporate policy

  • Improve level’s inventory balance’s governance with system enhancement, supported by IT

  • Ensure the achievement of KPIs related to inventory management

  • Identify significant deviations in performance and implement corrective actions

What Will Make You Successful

  • At least 2/3 years of professional experience as Analyst/Expert of processes Logistic/Supply Chain or Project Management

  • Master the know-how of process & methodology of inventory Management

  • Analytical skills and ability to see the “big picture” while still playing attention to the details

  • Ability to glean insights from data and analyze corrective actions, providing scenarios and options

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Be a curious team player

  • Ability to meet challenging deadlines

  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Power Query and Power BI

  • Fluent in English and Italian
