Job Description:
3M is seeking a Product Data Steward Analyst for the Digital Operations Team. This position will be located in Belen, Heredia as part of our Global Service Center in Costa Rica. This position is part of our Consumer Business Group > Content Readiness Team, ensuring people, process, tools, and data are enabled to keep up with always changing retailer data requirements.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Auditing and troubleshooting Global Data Sync Network (GDSN) information to ensure accuracy at the sellable GTIN-level.
Managing Buy Now availability and accuracy on 3M brand sites.
Managing new product introduction digitization.
Governing global product taxonomy best practices.
Skills and Experienced Required:
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university OR 2 years of experience in Content Management, Content Marketing, or Database Administration.
A keen eye for recognizing errors and discrepancies others might miss.
Ability to think critically and manage multiple deadlines independently.
Detail oriented.
Outstanding organizational skills & passion for accuracy—every data detail matters.
Communication skills.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university OR 2 years of experience in Content Management, Content Marketing, or Database Administration.
English Level: B2+/C1.
Advance Excel (Pivots, Vlookup, Formulas)
2+ years of experience in document management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with eCommerce or eMerchandising experience is a plus.
Familiarity with Salsify, Syndigo, GS1.
