Description We are inviting applications for a Customer Service Representative role in the non-profit industry located in Atlanta, Georgia. The position offers a contract employment opportunity and involves providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for program applicants, answering inbound calls, and providing assistance throughout the application process.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, maintaining and updating customer information in spreadsheets accurately.

• Conduct new applicant intake calls to assess their qualification for the program.

• Support applicants through the eligibility determination process, transitioning them to a case manager if eligible.

• Handle document scanning and electronic filing tasks efficiently, ensuring all necessary records are accurately maintained.

• Manage email correspondence and schedule appointments as required.

• Use Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office tools for various administrative tasks.

• Respond to customer queries and concerns in a timely and detail oriented manner, providing excellent customer service at all times.

• Perform other clerical tasks as needed. Requirements • Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls

• Prior experience in a call center customer service role

• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on resolving customer issues effectively

• Able to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Experience with email correspondence in a detail oriented setting

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in order entry and processing customer orders

• Able to schedule appointments and manage calendars

• Experience in document scanning and maintaining electronic and physical files

• Proficient in e-Filing systems and processes.
