A career within Finance Consulting services, will provide the opportunity to work alongside CEOs, CFOs, controllers and treasurers to optimise the structure of their finance functions and improve their contribution to the business. Demonstrates thorough level abilities and/or proven experience advising global organizations on organizational structures and talent strategies including:

  • Shared Service Centers;

  • Business Process Outsourcing;

  • Centers of Excellence;

  • Upskilling;

  • Performance Management;

  • BPO selection, contracting, transition, and measurement;

  • Demonstrates thorough level knowledge of Finance and Accounting leading practices, industry-specific knowledge of global trends, and contribution to the development of thought leadership;

  • Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or experience leveraging multiple data gathering strategies and analytical thinking to challenge the status quo, develop insights and innovative solutions, and solve complex business problems;

  • Demonstrates thorough level abilities and/or a proven record of developing strategies, transformation roadmaps, and executing change to achieve business outcomes;

  • Demonstrates thorough level process improvement experience across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Planning/Budgeting/Forecasting, and Financial Reporting (internal and external);

  • Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or experience with common Finance and Accounting technology applications and other emerging technology solutions;

  • Demonstrates thorough level experience with organization design, talent management and shared services & outsourcing;

  • Demonstrates thorough level experience with data and chart of accounts design to enhance analytics, reporting and decision support;

  • Demonstrates thorough level communication skills (verbal and written) to convey complex messages in a simple, straightforward way that drives transparency and trust; and,

  • Demonstrates thorough level experience cultivating and sustaining senior client relationships and supporting sales and proposal efforts.

Demonstrates thorough level abilities and/or a proven ability as a team leader:

  • Supervising large, global teams to create an atmosphere of trust;

  • Seeking diverse views to encourage collaboration and innovation; and,

  • Coaching staff including providing timely, meaningful feedback.

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
