Project Description:

This role will focus on the "Operations" portion of the team. We recently released a new and improved operating model and will be rolling out new features within the Experimentation Platform that will require additional updates to the way we operate and interact with Product Management and Business Teams.

Position Summary/Job Description:

This role will be similar to a product operations or tool enablement operations role, including but not limited to:

• Backlog management for planned and ongoing tests

• Ensuring documentation of results

• Activating tests and supporting scaling requests in the experimentation tool

• Communication with users/customers

• Collecting customer feedback and feature requests

• Potential to support other functions of the experimentation team depending on workload

  Requirements

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 3 years of experience in Product Management/Operations/Enablement

Skills and Competencies:

• Experience in generating comprehensive reports and ensuring accurate data entry

• Ability to troubleshoot and provide support for technology platform issues

• Adaptability to changing workloads and supporting different functions of the experimentation team

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with users and customers

• Proficient in analyzing data to derive insights and support decision-making processes

• Ability to train team members and provide guidance on tool usage

Preferred/Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience working with A/B testing and other digital experimentation platforms

• Knowledge of best practices for designing, executing, and analyzing experiments

• Intermediate SQL proficiency

• Data visualization proficiency via Adobe/Tableau
