Position: Manager, Human Capital Management Systems

Job Description:

The Manager, Human Capital Management (HCM) Systems is an experienced leader managing administration of the Company’s applications (e.g., Employee Database, Recruiting, Compensation). The incumbent in this position provides team leadership, functional and technical support, incident management, project management, testing and training. The incumbent actively leads and participates in projects and enhancements related to the HR systems, interfaces with the business and IT, gathers requirements, implements configuration changes, creates reports, and is strong in analysis. This position reports to the Director, People Administration.

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Administer Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, etc.) and related systems

  • Develop and test new or modified configurations

  • Develop and test new or modified functionality for Manager and Employee Self Service

  • Apply knowledge of rules configuration, approval types, worklist and transaction console, and notifications to support users

  • Create, modify, and manage OTBI HR reports

  • Analyze release notes for upgrades/patches for impacts to functionality, business processes, and user experience

  • Lead user testing process

  • Implement mass data loads using HCM Data Import tools for large data changes

  • Collaborate with HR functional process owners, Payroll, IT, and technical contract partners to ensure functional process requirements are documented, communicated, and systems maximized to meet business needs

  • Identify, document and clearly articulate to leadership and business partners implications of design, assumptions, constraints, issues, and risks

  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

  • Onboard, develop and engage team members

  • Coordinate work assignments, monitor performance, and train team members on relevant job duties

  • Ensure all work is performed according to Forward approved procedures, standards, and specifications for the HCM System

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Training: Core HR Administration; Workflows and Approvals; Reporting and Analytics

  • Two to five years of software administration of Oracle Cloud HCM System

  • Strong organization, prioritization, project management, and consulting skill set

  • Proven organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to maintain highly sensitive and confidential information

  • Strong Microsoft Office Excel skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Strong attention to detail
