Randstad US Market Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

Leading a team of staffing professionals, the successful Market Manager oversees sales, recruitment, order management, and customer service for both perm and temporary placements. What you get to do:

  • Drive profitable growth in the assigned vertical through local sales, and continuously increase market share

  • Drive gross profit through personal production by generating sales orders within the target segment of the market

  • Accountable for meeting revenue, gross margin, and other financial objectives

  • Oversee P&L management, budgeting, sales prospecting, client relationships, and account management

  • Lead a team of staffing professionals in sales, recruitment, order management, and customer service for permanent and temporary placements

  • Develop and growth the teams, ensuring productivity, accountability, and engagement

  • Act as a brand advocate for Randstad and lead by example in production and business continuity

What you need to bring:

  • Minimum 8+ years of business experience with 4 years in sales, finance & accounting or business operations

  • Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

  • Capability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups

  • History of leading and growing a successful team

  • Proven track record of B2B selling and growing accounts while leading others

  • Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives

Pay Rate: $87,571.00 - $61,490.00 Annually

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
