Elevance Health Marketing Project Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

Marketing Project Manager

Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week.

The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of moderate complexity, often multi-channel, marketing campaigns by providing project management and/or executional support and may provide direction to a Project Coordinator.

How You Will Make an Impact

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the successful execution and delivery of projects.

  • Partners with the Strategist to identify project stakeholders, ensure the success of the project, and operate as a leader for the initiative.

  • Facilitates project kick-offs, ensuring all appropriate resources are included on the call.

  • Sets up projects in Workfront to meet required delivery date, i.e.: Develops a Project Schedule (complete CPD, remove and add tasks, crash schedule and adjust timelines where appropriate) and Clarifies Scope Documentation.

  • Websites: Determine the cross-functional teams that need to be engaged in the project, including SEO, Analytics, Website Strategy team, DPAIO, Paid Media.

  • Websites: Assign resources for the Website Strategy Team within WF.

  • Supports email production.

  • When applicable, engages compliance and/or relevant SME partners to provide insight and guidance prior to kicking off creative development.

  • Validates appropriate reviewers are assigned and ensures they meet agreed upon deadlines (SLAs).

  • When required, prepares versioning grids (for creative), compliance grids, production grids (logic for vendor to produce output for example print, emails), statement of variability, red-lined document as needed, preparing assets for compliance approval.

  • Builds or utilizes Workfront for reports on project status.

  • Identifies and recommends process enhancements and improvements, lessons learned.

  • Responsible for staying up to date with project management best practices and business specific training (i.e. ELV Health).

  • Additional tasks, as needed, for project management of Marketing projects.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
