We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Operations Specialist in Atlanta, GA. This position involves multifaceted responsibilities to support sales operations and deal management in a dynamic business environment. You'll serve as a deal coordinator and analyst working closely with teams such as legal, sales, customer success, professional services and information security. Your role will blend sales operations, deal management, project coordination and administrative support to ensure deals progress smoothly from initial quoting and order generation to final contract execution.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison and coordinator between cross-functional teams to ensure effective deal progression and resolution of any issues or concerns

• Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and align proposed deals with business objectives and pricing strategies

• Coordinate with legal operations and contracting teams to manage contract review and approval processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

• Work alongside information security teams to address any data privacy or security concerns raised during the deal negotiation process

• Partner with professional services teams to scope project requirements, track statements of work status and ensure accurate pricing for SaaS subscriptions and integrations

• Act as a central point of contact for all deal-related inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with overall business objectives

• Maintain documentation of Deal Status, potential risk, critical milestones, providing regular communication with all stakeholders and update as needed

• Assist Deal Operations with general administrative responsibilities including quoting and generating Order Forms

Requirements • Proficiency in customer service and communication skills for optimal interaction with customers and team members

• Demonstrated ability in sales to drive revenue growth

• Experience in documentation processes for efficient record-keeping

• Ability to use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

• Understanding of operations to ensure smooth workflow and business functioning

• Knowledge of budget processes to aid in financial planning and management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents

• Ability to review and evaluate sales performance and strategies

• Experience in scheduling tasks and meetings to ensure efficient time management

• Basic understanding of finance to aid in sales planning and forecasting

• Experience in workstation support for maintaining a conducive work environment

• Knowledge of pricing strategies to ensure competitive product pricing

• Awareness of security protocols to maintain customer data privacy

• Negotiation skills to secure beneficial deals and agreements

• Ability to track progress and implement necessary changes for improvement

• Experience acting as a liaison between different departments or stakeholders

• Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations

• Understanding of integration processes for seamless business operations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites for efficient work management

• Understanding of company policy and ability to ensure its compliance

• Experience with Salesforce.com for efficient customer relationship management

• Ability to work onsite to ensure active participation in team activities.
