Job Description: This job is responsible for reporting and analytical support in the execution of the internal control discipline of software license monitoring to ensure compliance to contractual obligations. Key responsibilities include organizing and the execution of reporting processes that enable collection and ensure the quality of data in producing monthly operational and process metrics. Job expectations also include project management of reporting initiatives to ensure the thoroughness of business requirements, accuracy of design and build, addressing technology team questions to remove barriers, and adherence to the project schedule.

Partners with external process participants to gather monthly compliance data Assists with the monthly metrics business reviews for all areas of the SLIC organization Supports data collection and accuracy of operational and process metrics Assists with the management of SharePoint sites across the organization Provides monthly updates to shared libraries and document management Project manages reporting development initiatives in partnership with the technology development team – ensuring that business requirements are thorough, assisting with prioritization of the workload, following up on questions, and managing the work through on-time and completion with quality Understands the end-to-end software compliance process and builds strong partnerships with SLiC functional leads, technology development team, and other key stakeholders Assist with follow ups to critical issues
