The Sales Enablement team at Equifax encompasses trusted advisors and partners to the Sales teams who enable sales excellence by equipping sellers and sales leaders with the optimal training, insights, process, and tools they need at every stage of the sales process. This group empowers sales to perform at their most efficient and productive level. As a team, Sales Enablement collaborates and supports one another across business units to ensure consistency and execution of business goals.

The open Segment Sales Enablement Leader position is an individual contributor role that will lead by influence to support effective Sales teams across their assigned business unit, Mortgage and Housing, and will be based out of our One Atlantic Center office in midtown.

What you'll do Maximize impact with customers and the field by utilizing standard platforms and processes Facilitate an environment of continuous process improvement across Sales Enablement's key capability areas: Insights and Analytics, Account Planning, Account Segmentation and Coverage, Goal Setting, Talent Development, and Sales Process Lead pipeline/opportunity planning cadences in partnership with sales managers to ensure optimal new business win rates Leverage CRM based performance coaching tools to drive maximum effectiveness Collaboratively work with Marketing, HR, and Sales Enablement peers to support the development and rollout of sales on-boarding, sales and product training, and talent management programs to drive continuous learning and improvement across the sales organization Work with the field sales teams to ensure appropriate business rules are developed, tracked, documented, implemented, and followed Influence effective adoption of sales methodologies, processes, and tools with Sales Management to drive sales excellence Partner with Sales Operations Analytics and Insights to establish appropriate metrics (pipeline health, win/loss, effort to win, forecasting) that improve effectiveness of the entire selling motion Work with the Sales Operations team to design/refine suitable management dashboards Support the account transition process between books and engage sales leaders and managers to drive the annual account planning process Orchestrate the annual territory setting and quota/goal setting process with sales management Support appropriate sales incentive initiatives and escalations by managing the Incentive Compensation Exception process working with HR, Sales Ops, and Incentive Compensation Lead at least one sales enablement strategic initiative for the business unit that drives sales effectiveness and productivity -- including owning the initiative from charter development through to execution, collaborating cross-functionally to define goals, timelines, success metrics, tracking progress and impact, and ensuring timely delivery of results

What experience you need Minimum 5 years in a Sales Enablement or Sales Operations role Prior B2B sales experience Collaboration and problem solving across complex, matrixed organizations Experience working with and presenting to senior leadership and executives Ability to gain buy in and influence all levels of the sales organization Adaptability and flexibility with working in the 'grey' Experience with initiative development and rollout or project management Mortgage industry experience a plus
