Job Description: As a Senior Expert in Facilities Management software solutions (preferably in institutional and real estate industries), you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our products and guiding our development teams to deliver exceptional solutions. You will collaborate closely with the product development and technology teams, leverage your industry knowledge to inform the product vision, capabilities and key features. You will leverage your industry network to get ongoing feedback on the product, manage pilots, and support with future customer outreach.

Responsibilities: Provide input on the product vision and strategy, aligning it with business objectives and market demands. Act as a subject matter expert in facility management software, providing guidance and insights to internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g. workflows, modules and applications, use cases, etc.) Collaborate with key stakeholders to define product roadmaps and prioritize features Conduct market research and competitive analysis, Leverage your network for: Customer outreach and feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. Establish 5-10 partnerships with customers to launch product pilots and involve in ongoing product development. Support sales team with defining customer value proposition, identify customer pipeline, make customer introductions, and overall support with commercial launch and implementation. Help articulate clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to development teams. Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive and user-friendly product experiences. Support commercial team to design, estimate and right-size product pricing

Desired Skills

Requirements:

  • 20+ years of experience in Facility Management roles, preferably across all levels of seniority (e.g. junior and executive).
  • Deep subject matter expertise in facility management processes, workflows, market and industry trends, and software solutions.
  • Extensive network in Facility Management community at senior levels
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability, with a keen understanding of facility management business metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
