We are seeking an experienced Senior Training Specialist to join our Learning and Talent team. This role is pivotal in bridging our innovative strides in Smart AI Leak Detection technology with our workforce's skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our Innovation team to develop and implement training programs, initially focusing on FIDO Tech Leak Detection technology, and eventually building out a suite of Smart AI Infrastructure Technology training programs to support new business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily Develop and deliver specialized training programs in Smart AI Leak Detection, with a focus on the application of FIDO tech technology Travel to the UK for up to 3 months for comprehensive learning of the FIDO Tech Leak Detection technology Facilitate the establishment of an Innovation Training Center in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area within the next 1-2 years Design and enhance training materials, lesson plans, and aids tailored to Smart AI Leak Detection Conduct training needs analysis to identify knowledge gaps and training opportunities in new Smart AI business verticals Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using performance metrics and feedback, implementing continuous improvements Deliver instructor-led training sessions, both in-person and virtually, and utilize training and eLearning software effectively Collaborate with different teams to ensure the alignment of training programs with business goals and technological advancements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Minimum of 7 years of experience in training and development, with a preference for candidates with experience in technical or innovative domains Strong competency in designing and delivering technical training programs Excellent presentation and communication skills, with proficiency in presentation software Ability to adapt training delivery methods to diverse audiences Experience in program evaluation and training needs analysis Ability to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally

Competencies/Skills

Experience working directly with frontline employees as well as senior and executive leaders Proven track record of building learning programs, including curriculum development and working with subject matter experts Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning program evaluation methodologies Detail-oriented with excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Expertise in Instructor-Led Training Excellent consulting skills and experience involving talent, learning and/ or leadership development strategies and solutions Str ng skills in Training Delivery and Training Needs Analysis Experience in Designing Training Materials and Developing Lesson Plans Proficient in using Presentation Software and Training and eLearning Software Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills

Work Requirements

Must be 18 years in age or older Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook Willingness to work independently within in a team environment and assist the team with other duties as required Must be willing to travel up to 75%
