TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Supervisor, Contracts NI/MOD to join our team in Atlanta, GA.

The Contract Analyst Supervisor- New Installation and Modernization will have direct reports and is responsible for supporting management in the day-to-day operations of the department protecting TKE interests in the areas of liability, payment terms, lien rights, and other objectionable language as well as ensuring that department SLA's and KPI's goals are met.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Timely and effective problem resolution on escalated issues by training and empowering Leads. Provide guidance and alternative contract language to Contract Analyst's as well as branch personnel on complex legal matters that may negatively impact company operations. Oversee implementation of system and process improvements. Train and oversee Leads for continued monthly auditing of Quality and SOP standards Work to develop and manage team performance to the expectations of the Department Manage and track attendance, work with Team Lead on coverage or backfilling: Perform review of customer contracts, terms, and general conditions for legal interpretation as needed. Prepare amendments/redlines incorporating business/judgment decisions into language satisfactory to protect TKE interests as needed. Work to de-escalate branch and customer service issues that staff and team Lead are unable to resolve with urgency. Responsible for determining department's personnel needs and hiring/onboarding qualified candidates in conjunction with Manager: Responsible for coaching, mentoring and performance actions up to recommendation of termination of employment.
