Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 2 years of experience in program management.

• Experience in manufacturing operations and leading a product through the product life-cycle.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Operations Engineering, or a similar field.

• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

• Experience in Design and Manufacturing in a new product introduction role.

• Experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution.

• Knowledge about typical hardware BOMs, process documentation, assembly, test processes and hardware operations.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will be the primary Operations/Supply Chain interface to the product development and deployment teams with the responsibility to drive operations and new product development as well as support products through production ramp, sustainment, and more. The team's mission is to accelerate the Delivery of Data Center Equipment for Google Cloud with scale by leveraging Manufacturing Operations knowledge to launch, ramp, and sustain products though the Equipment Supply Chain.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Drive cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain for specific reasons, while accounting for risks, changes in schedule, or demand.

• Manage ramp readiness with internal teams as well as external partners (e.g., material availability, cost, assembly, test, capacity readiness, and transition plans).

• Plan and execute operations development activities and ensure transition to production within cost, quality, and capacity parameters.

• Lead cross-functional Program teams within Google and with external partners to prepare for production ramp or product transitions.
