Provides active, engaged support for WCD initiatives including process engineering, program management, business enablement, and quality control ensuring effectiveness and promoting improvement in the wholesale credit process.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  • As part of a team, responsible for providing project support aligned with specific assignments to include synthesizing data, organizing and documenting meetings, partner outreach, research, communication, and training.

  • Utilizing critical thinking and organizational skills help drive all phases of WCD strategic initiatives including ideation, process, documentation, implementation, and follow up.

  • Support cross team partnerships and priorities as assigned

  • Responsible for maintenance of project artifacts

  • Stay abreast of WCD processes, policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in relevant field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrates strong mastery of all computer applications, inclusive of Microsoft Office software products.

  • Critical problem solving skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Knowledge of Commercial Credit Lending.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in Wholesale Banking role

  • Advanced computer and software skills

  • Knowledge of Bank’s risk appetite, loan products and credit culture
