This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning you will be hired directly with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire!

Details:

• Shift: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday through Friday

• Pay: $25 - $30 per hour, based on experience.

Job Description:

Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery. This position requires the ability to accurately assess mechanical maintenance problems and repair the issues. You will be required to complete preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and machinery rebuilds.

• Inspect and test machinery, and equipment to manufacturer’s specifications and requirements.

• Diagnose problems with equipment and machinery necessary to determine repair or maintenance need. May communicate with the manufacturer to gain additional insights.

• Work with other maintenance team members to gain and share knowledge.

• Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.

• Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears and other parts of machinery.

• Lay out, assemble, install and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.

• Repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators and related equipment.

• Repair and maintain physical structure of the establishment.

• Serves as backup to complete janitorial duties.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to follow all health and safety rules and regulations of the company.

• Ability to work effectively with hand tools.

• Ability to read, write and comprehend English language.

• Basic math skills.

• Ability to work in confined spaces.

• Ability to work in extreme temperatures (both hot and cold).
