Description We are offering a contract opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in Auburn, New York. The role involves a wide range of administrative and office management responsibilities for our team. The position lies within an industry that requires a high level of organization, data management, and coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Execute payroll duties including entry and verification, along with tracking vacation and attendance.

• Safeguard sensitive information by ensuring confidentiality and controlling access to files.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and provide necessary assistance.

• Contribute to budget preparation by accumulating historical data in areas such as materials and supplies or salaries.

• Monitor budget expenditures and report on variances.

• Coordinate the preparation, development, and production of major documents, such as proposals and manuscripts.

• Oversee office operations to ensure smooth functioning.

• Purchase supplies for the office and issue purchase orders.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks including data entry, correspondence, and customer service.

• Leverage skills in management systems to effectively perform job functions. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Coordinator or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.

• Familiarity with management systems and 'About Time' software.

• Strong skills in correspondence and customer service.

• Experience in data entry tasks.

• Knowledge in purchasing materials and managing supplies.

• Familiarity with ADP for Payroll processing.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
