Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in public health, behavioral health, health promotion, business, business administration, finance, accounting, education, social sciences, healthcare administration, public administration, communications, information systems, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • 1 year of professional level experience in public health practice, community health, behavioral health, mental health, treatment/addiction/recovery, Total Worker Health , organizational health psychology, health education, or a related field.

  • Substitution: A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with individuals in recovery from substance use disorders, skills may include but are not limited to:

  • Communication skills (e.g. motivational interviewing)

  • Conflict resolution and crisis management

  • Cultural relevance and understanding

  • Data-driven decision-making

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Interpersonal skills and abilities needed to readily contact, engage, and enroll new businesses into a public health program.

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent customer service, client, and project management skills.

  • Knowledge of behavioral health, and/or Total Worker Health approaches.

  • Demonstrated commitment and initiative to advance diversity and inclusion.
