The Rental Key Accounts Representative is responsible for the development and growth of select strategic rental accounts for Wagner Rents in a manner that reflects the companys vision of working as One Professional Team. Pay Rate: Base Pay + Commission.

Maintains a current and accurate call list Inputs key customer information into SalesLink and Wagner Rents CRM system Manages expenses incurred while on company business Completes and submits appropriate reports Maintains a high level of communication with strategic accounts and Regional Manager Maintains an accurate appointment calendar Makes office and on-site sales calls to customers, exhibiting strong communication skills Effectively communicates with others within the Wagner organization Acts as an ambassador for the Company while representing Wagner Rents Uses customer lists to make office and job site calls as frequently required to meet customer needs Completes rental sales transactions that enable the Rental Key Accounts Rep. to meet Wagner Rents objectives in rental, sales, and profitability as established by management Actively quotes new and used allied equipment sales Involves management on key relationship points with customers Communicates and works with fellow equipment sales and rental reps on like customers Stays current on knowledge, features, and benefits of entire Wagner Rents product line Other duties as assigned by manager Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED 1-3 years administrative/clerical experience 1-3 years customer service experience 3-5 years heavy equipment, engine, or mechanic repair experience Physical Demands & Competencies: Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, etc. Data Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills Safety & Product Knowledge Understanding of diagrams and schematics Basic knowledge of Windows/Internet Work Environment: Noise: Moderate Indoors and Outdoors Other Duties: Job Offers are contingent upon all required pre-employment screenings which may include but are not limited to background checks, drug/alcohol testing, fit for duty testing, and any other job-related tests/screenings.
