Adecco is hiring immediately for Shipping Associate in Aurora, IL. Shipping Associate's essential jobs is with one of our premier clients in a state-of-the-art facility, that pays $17.00 plus available overtime. As a Shipping Associate you will be managing daily manual and clerical duties associated with the receipt of materials and supplies and the shipment of Company products, Company-owned materials, and company-supplier material.

Available Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm Pay rate: $ 17.00 /hr.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.

• Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the proper channels.

• Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.

• Make special shipping arrangements as necessary.

• Prepare bills and invoices.

• Manage distribution and shipment budgets.

• Ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.

• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 5+ years prior experience with power tools and standard construction tools.

• 5+ years prior experience with Powered Industrial Trucks, i.e. forklifts, order pickers, powered pallet jacks, etc.

• Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication.

• Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent customer service and client relations skills.

• Good collaboration and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Advanced data analysis and data visualization.

• Ability to use computers, software and other technology for inventory and communication purposes.

• Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
