Manage Program Processes: Develop, coordinate, and administer streamlined processes for tracking milestones, internal funding competitions, project reporting, and impact analysis, while ensuring compliance to biodiversity endowments.Primary Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for biodiversity endowment activities and committees, supporting stakeholders to ensure alignment of programs and deliverables. Collaborate with university offices such as CNS Development, Strategic Research Initiatives, CNS Financials, CNS academic departments, etc.Committee Coordination: Act as principal coordinator for endowment-related committees, such as the Biodiversity Center Executive Committee, Stengl-Wyer Endowment Committee, and future biodiversity related committees or groups, by managing agendas, timelines, and deliverables while fostering collaboration across stakeholders.Meeting and Event Coordination: Coordinate and provide logistical support for meetings and events, including room/venue reservations and services, create agendas and materials, coordinate catering and AV services, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and other meeting/event needs. As requested, attend committee meetings, draft meeting summaries/minutes, and monitor progress of actionable items.Budget Management: Develop and maintain accurate budget projections for endowments and lead the annual budget submission process. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess funding needs and present data-driven recommendations.Data Management and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and deliver data and reports to fulfill biodiversity endowment requirements and support program activities efficiently.Perform additional related functions as assigned.
