LEAD EMPLOYER ENGAGEMENT: Create large scale and custom recruiting programs for current McCombs students to engage with employers. Vet venues and vendors as needed and coordinate program. Lead existing McCombs recruiting programming and/or create new ones as determined by market needs. Create and manage employer communications and marketing to support McCombs recruiting programs, employer sign ups and training (if needed for virtual platform) as well as student sign-ups and training (coordinating with the coaching team). Support recruiting events across all McCombs programs.MANAGE ALUMNI ENGAGEMENT: Create and coordinate alumni related programming to support McCombs students. Responsibilities will include assessing program needs, creating programs that will allow McCombs students to connect with alumni, communication and marketing strategy to increase alumni participation. Support alumni programming as needed across all McCombs programs.OWN STUDENT PROGRAMMING ENGAGEMENT STRATEGY: Collaborate with Corporate and Foundation Relations to create new and streamlined career management engagement and partnership packages across all programs build the strategy and marketing to provide new corporate engagement opportunities to support our corporate fundraising efforts and connections with students. Liaise with Program Office Student Affairs to manage employer engagement with student organizations. Ensure key employers are getting what they want/need from student organizations and track how their activity fits into overall engagement picture.GROW JUST-IN-TIME RECRUITING: Expand experienced hire strategy across all McCombs Programs.TRACK PROGRAMMING AND ENGAGEMENT: Manage programming set up, logistics and outcome recaps. Add to CRM database to track employer engagement once ready.
