Summary of Role:The Manager, Customer Business Management is responsible for leading Customer Business Managers (CBM) as part of the extended foundry sales team. This team is responsible for sales and client support from pre-order to order fulfillment through invoice in achievement of customer satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage CBM to develop and maintain client relationships for day -to-day business operations related to forecast, order and revenue fulfillment

  • Provide escalation path for customers to address fulfillment issues by enabling CBM to solve complex problems with long-term solutions

  • Liaise with territory Sales management to ensure CBM provide proactive sales support for the tactical horizon

  • Proactively report to the Director, Customer Business Management weekly forecast, revenue, and order fulfillment status

  • Provide business analytics reports for assigned territory to the Director, Customer Business Management and to leadership forums as needed

  • Drive organizational improvement efforts as outlined by the Director, Customer Business Management

  • Collaborate with other Manager, CBM and the Director, CBM on specialty projects as well as quarterly Key Performance Indicator, Management By Objective and Sales Incentive Plan measurement and scoring

Other Responsibilities:

  • Train and onboard new CBM per Role Card responsibilities, which include:

  • Analyze client forecast and order rates

  • Align judged forecast inputs with Sales, ensuring internal forecast system accuracy

  • Analyze forecast vs actual revenue and backlog attainment

  • Liaison with client/fab for on-time order fulfillment from PO to supply to cash

  • Manage client product life cycle from production to end of life

  • Manage client master pricing list and internal system accuracy

  • Conduct weekly account team meetings, managing agenda, documenting minutes, and following up on actions

  • Conduct regular data accuracy audits of forecasting systems, ensuring CBM compliance to organizational standards

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education – Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited College and or University in Business, Finance, Marketing or Engineering

  • Experience - Minimum 5-8 years in Sales or Supply Chain roles, with in-depth knowledge of the Semiconductor industry

  • Skills

  • Fluent (both written and verbal) in the English Language

  • Highly motivated, proactive, and self-sufficient

  • Strong planning and organizational skills, very detail-oriented

  • Effective communicator with outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills

  • Persuasive ability to “tell the story” by organizing/correlating large datasets

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams/Sharepoint

  • Experience in people and project management, able to effectively supervise and motivate more junior team members

  • Experience in a hierarchical organization, able to manage both upwards and downwards

  • Ability to collaborate and manage cross-functionally within the organization

  • Ability to discern when to strongly lead versus when to escalate for executive backing

  • Travel – ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education – Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain

  • Experience – previous management experience in the Semiconductor industry

  • Skills

  • Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, Oracle and SFDC highly desirable

  • Program Management Professional

Expected Salary Range

$115,400.00 - $185,400.00
