Providing strategic direction for KUT and KUTXs membership program; developing multi-channel communication campaigns focused on strengthening relationship with existing and prospective donors; growing annual revenue.In collaboration with the membership team and programming teams, plan and execute on-air membership drives including campaign messaging.Analyze KUT/KUTX data as well as industry and market trends to assist in the development of long-term strategies; maintains knowledge about the external environment as it relates to fundraising in the broadcasting and digital media industries.Supervise the full-time staff on the membership team, co-supervise development staff.Collaborate with major and mid-level gift officers to develop strategies to ensure successful identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of individual donors; including an opportunity to build and steward a donor portfolio.Develops and maintains a complete and comprehensive knowledge of the station's donor database.Communicate institutional mission, vision, and goals persuasively to donors and other members of the public.Other related duties as assigned.
