Behind the Design Manufacturing Sales Representative in Austin, Texas
We are an innovative, down-to-earth family company that specializes in the fabrication of textiles and hardware for high-end window treatment solutions globally. We are looking for a true road warrior who is driven to make connections, grow territories, and provide an exceptional client experience.
As the Manufacturing Sales Representative , you will focus on expanding the Southwest Market, selling custom window treatment textiles and components both to fabricators and dealers in the region. This is an amazing B2B sales opportunity with a reputable company that has been creating innovative, custom window treatment solutions for over 30 years!
NOTE: Must currently reside in Texas for this position.
OUR OFFER
$80k - $105k Base Salary plus Bonus Structure
TRUE first-year earning potential between $155k
- 20 days of PTO
401k with a 3% match
Health Insurance (approximately 90% paid by the company)

Company-paid travel expenses and credit card
International travel - paid training in the Netherlands
Additional paid training in Miami, FL

Fully remote position with required travel - busier travel schedule the last and first quarter of the year attending trade shows and company meetings
YOUR PURPOSE
You will work with the Sales Manager to develop and execute a market strategy
Service existing accounts, establish new accounts, and develop new distribution channels across the Southwest through brand awareness
Support your manufacturer and fabricator accounts in their efforts to sell our products
Utilize leading-edge data, information systems, and metrics, financial, brand, and shopper trends to maximize market share, sales, and profits through price optimization
Travel to and from client meetings through in-state and out-of-state travel, supplementing with virtual connections
Attend the busy trade show season throughout the last and first quarter of the year
Attend training and annual meetings both in the Netherlands and Miami
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Sales experience within the industry of Window Coverings or similar industry
Experience selling B2B to a manufacturer or fabricator
Experience covering large territories from the ground up - little to no portfolio of business
Experience with CRM software and PC literate
Strong phone and virtual presence with an ability to build rapport through those mechanisms
Desire and ability to travel - busier travel in the first and second quarter of the year (includes trade shows and annual meetings in the Netherlands and Miami)
Driver’s License
Ability to obtain a passport
