Growth Ortho Radiology Technologist in Austin, Texas
Orthopaedic Specialists of Austin (OSA) is hiring a Radiology Technologist for our radiology department in Austin, TX. As a Radiology Technologist for OSA, your job duties include operating imaging equipment and performing diagnostic x-rays as applicable on patients as ordered by physician, evaluating radiographs for technical quality, assisting physician with imaging procedures, maintaining up to date knowledge of field using continuing education and in-service, obtaining and completing processes for medication requests by patients, obtaining reports as ordered by provider, operates autoclave and distributes clean instruments to all areas of clinic. The Radiology Technologist will also maintain a safe, orderly work area and practice safety factors as well as perform other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor. Job Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent Completion of accredited radiology program/ARRT registered. Demonstrated skill on computer input and personal computer operation.
