Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Austin, Texas, 78729, United States. As a key member of our office team, the Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our guests and employees, manage incoming and outgoing packages, and report any facility issues. Additionally, this role will provide support to the Operations Manager in event planning, mailroom maintenance, and supply stocking.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests and employees, providing excellent customer service

• Track incoming and outgoing packages, ensuring accurate and timely delivery

• Report any issues or problems with the facility to the appropriate personnel

• Assist the Operations Manager in planning and coordinating events

• Maintain the mailroom, ensuring it is organized and well-stocked

• Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to perform administrative tasks

• Schedule appointments and meetings, managing multiple calendars effectively

• Handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently

• Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with employees and guests

• Perform data entry tasks and organize files as needed Requirements • Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy

• Experience with email correspondence

• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for managing emails and calendar

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing

• Ability to organize files systematically for easy retrieval

• Experience in scheduling appointments efficiently and accurately
