Days: 06/03/24 - 08/05/24 Tuesday-Thursday ONLY
Scheduled Time: 8AM - 5PM
RETENTION BONUS: $200 awarded after completing 30 days of employment.
Blackstone Consulting, Inc. is seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills for our 8- week paid internship. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing top-notch service. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.
Key Qualifications:
Strong written, technical, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Calendar, Mail, and other OS X based office systems is a plus.
Ability to work in a team environment and build effective relationships.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Reliable PAIDtransportation required.
Description of Responsibilities:
Greet employees and guests to ensure a welcoming environment.
Notify hosts promptly of guest arrivals.
Maintain a guest log and issue badges as needed.
Exercise sound judgment and make autonomous decisions.
Perform data entry tasks as required.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area.
Handle guest complaints or disputes with professionalism.
Assist with phone calls, distribution initiatives, and various administrative tasks.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Relevant coursework or training in customer service, office administration, or related areas (preferred)
Job Type: Part-time, Temporary (8 weeks)
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week.
Day shift - No nights and No weekends!
Ability to Relocate: Relocate before starting work (Required)
