Design and execute experiments to measure various gene expression modalities including RNA sequencing, ribosome profiling and other relevant methodologies.Develop and apply computational models that integrate experimental data to extract quantitative insights into cellular protein abundance.Scientific Writing and Dissemination: prepare and publish research findings, present research at conferences, contribute to grant writing and funding applications.Facilitate collaborations with interdisciplinary teams of experimentalists, and computational scientists.
