Outreach and Recruitment Skills: Use patient-centered strategies to provide one-on-one brief educational session and explanation of the study and how to effectively take a collection of an HPV sample. Schedule screening and follow-up appointments.Service Coordination, Navigation and Direct Service Skills: Connect patients to resources as needed, but not limited to medical homes and social services. Assist with follow-up appointments and care coordination. Organize and collaborate with strategic partners.Individual and Community Assessment, Evaluation, and Research Skills:Administer informed consent and survey instruments; enter all data in program database; coordinate with team members across various project requirements.Communication and Organizational Skills: Maintain regular communication with Principal Investigator, all program staff, and community partners. Utilize written and verbal communication and assist with building a foundation for long-term solutions.Other related duties as assigned.
