Who we are looking for
Global Cybersecurity (GCS) protects State Street and its clients from the impact of cyber-attacks against systems by understanding the risks these attacks present and mitigating them through a robust, continuously evolving, cybersecurity program and control environment.
Fusion and Security Operations (FandSO) is one of five functions that make up GCS. FandSO works to provide real-time knowledge of today's cyber threats to better prepare State Street for threats of tomorrow.
This Product Owner will sit in the Service Delivery sub-function in FandSO. This role is responsible for managing complex, cross functional initiatives. This role will work with technical cybersecurity specialists to define and complete service initiatives for their organization. This includes defining the scope, creating and managing the functional and technical delivery plans, identifying key stakeholders, ensuring all work is compliant with the relevant security standards, and on-time completion to delivery milestones
This role will report to the Fusion and Security Operations, Service Delivery, Managing Director.
What you will be responsible for
As VP, Service Delivery Product Owner you will be responsible for:
- Work with Cyber Fusion leadership, vendors, and service delivery teams to define, plan and deliver new and existing initiatives aligned to Cyber Fusion strategic initiatives.
- Ensure critical stakeholder satisfaction by making sure the work delivered matches defined success criteria and internal standards of excellence.
- Use tailoring methods to deliberately adapt the project management approach by determining the most useful elements. Tailoring is driven by PMI principles, organizational values and culture using mindful implementation of approach, processes, project life cycle and deliverables for successful delivery.
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize deliverables by managing all stages of the service delivery lifecycle including - initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close
- Serve as the primary point of contact during the delivery lifecycle to manage product vision, project health/scope, facilitate feedback, discuss project status and deliver reporting, as needed.
- Setup and work within GTS and Cyber Fusion framework to enable workflow, time tracking, document repositories, and aggregated stakeholder feedback.
- Create a happy, calm, and confident atmosphere by planning for contingencies, surfacing risk in advance, and raising the flag before problems arise.
- Understand teammates' schedules and scope of work to harmonize with initiative allocations, workload, and ensure alignment with service delivery schedules and reporting

Education and Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in IT, or Cyber Security, Cybersecurity certifications a plus
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project
Experience in set up and use of MS Teams, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence and Clarity a plus
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of technically-oriented initiative or project experience
- PMP certified

Salary Range: $120,000 - $202,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
