Amazon Sr. Program Manager, Order Management, eero in Austin, Texas

Description

As a Sr. Program Manager on the eero Order Management team, you will lead our group in key organizational planning and process improvement initiatives.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting customers, both end users and B2B partners with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once with strong prioritization skills. This is a cross-functional role where you will work closely with several people across our Order Management, Partner Success, Sales, Finance, Business Operations and Manufacturing Operations teams to ensure that our order management, partner onboarding, product, and operational deliverables are met.

The ideal candidate is someone who can define and manage operational processes, both from an operational and a technical perspective, and become the subject matter expert for our Order Management program cross-functionally. Strong communication and reporting skills are a must.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery of assigned initiatives including international expansion, new product launches, new customer/partner onboarding, etc.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and Sales to coordinate cross-functional activities and resolve issues

  • Identify and mitigate risks, communicate status updates, and escalate blockers

  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of the Order Management organization

  • Facilitate productive meetings, document action items, and drive follow-through

  • Continuously identify process improvements to drive greater efficiency and customer satisfaction

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience defining and executing program requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
