Siemens Digital Industries Software looking for a talented and motivated Technology Partnership Strategist to join Technology Partner Ecosystem Strategy team. In this pivotal role you will be responsible, to identify and cultivate technology partnerships that can develop new solutions using Siemens software products. Your focus will be on outbound technology partnerships to expand and strengthen the market presence of Siemens software and SaaS portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

Partnership Development & Engagement:

- Identify potential partners from the existing partner pool and seek out new technology partners who can contribute to the SaaS business growth.

-Engage with key Partners and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and leverage this insight to drive solution development and partner success initiatives.

-Help technology partner build business proposals, market value and aligned Siemens product portfolio to build the market solution.

Technology Partner Strategy:

- Work closely with Partner GTM, product management, marketing, sales, and finance teams to develop and align technology partnership strategies with overall business objectives

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Partner GTM, sales to develop and implement effective technology partnership go-to-market strategies for existing and new SaaS products and services.

-Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to embed technology partners solutions to sales and marketing strategies and provide support to ensure successful GTM execution.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

- Establish metrics to measure partnership performance and success, and provide regular reporting and updates to senior management

Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, industry influencers, and stakeholders to facilitate productive collaborations and alliances

Qualifications:

-Degree in engineering, business administration or related field. MBA preferred.

-8+ years of experience in business development, strategy consulting, or related roles, with a focus on SaaS or technology.

-Previous experience working in engineering and manufacturing domain software like PLM, CAD, EDA, Digital Manufacturing is highly desirable.

-Experience working with technology partnership (ISV, developers, technologist) to develop SaaS business.

-Innovative mindset with ability to think outside the box and bring new ideas and solution to the table

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable to think strategically and executing tactically.

-Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

-Proven track record of driving results and achieving targets in a dynamic and challenging environment.

-Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate complex situations with confidence and resilience.

-Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday

The salary range for this position is $99,000 to $178,200 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
